Thoughts on this diamond?

Hi everyone, hoping I could get some advice from experts here

I'm in a dilemma over whether it's worth it to spend extra and get a perfect ACA diamond, or just go for an ideal but not perfect cut.

The below stone is one I found on B2CJewels for a good price, could you kindly let me know your thoughts and how you think it will perform? Do the arrows seem a bit shorter on one side? The vendor confirmed it is eye clean and have said that medium fluorescence never has any negative impact. Would the twinning wisp pose a problem/cloudiness?

Also, it seems that B2CJewels doesn't have many settings to choose from... anyone bought a whole ring for them or just the stone? I am actually interested in getting a Vatche setting. Does anyone have any ideas?

Beautiful stone.

I suspect that the diamond is very slightly tilted to right (2 o clock direction) in image #1, #3 and #4.
Notice those light leakage in 1,2,3 o clock positions under the table.
There could have been even less light leakage if the IS image was perfectly taken.

Another example.. it looks like the same vendor (B2C)

Of course, I am no expert. But it is something I noticed looking at many IS images.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
