Hello all,

First let me say, I really appreciate this community in the help you provide to diamond buyers. I recently found this below diamond in an actual jewelry store. But I was able to see that it was once on sale by enchanted diamonds. I've attached the link, which has an aset image. In person it looked very nice and was eye clean(I see no need to pay premium on clarity if its eye clean). I really wanted to be at an F color but I think I can go with G. What do you all think on price? Jewlery store was just slightly lower then the price on enchanted diamonds.

So you guys think its a dud or possibly not worth the price? I was really trying to find something that faced up large. From what I've seen this is about average for a 2ct.

Hello all,

Any advice for me at all on this diamond? I don't have that much more time to make a decision here so I appreciate any kind of feedback. Thanks again for all your help! Sorry if I sound like a nag, again I really appreciate you guys taking the time out to help the diamond ignorant such as myself.

AFAIK, No such thing as a GIA CERTIFIED IDEAL CUT CUSHION... :liar: :wall:

The photo looks rather dark.

If the ASET is set up correctly, it is not showing too much darkness there.

So if you've seen it in person and you like it, then that's fine.

Thanks!. Yeah know there's no such thing as cut ratings on cushions for GIA. That's just something this store does which doesn't mean a whole lot to me. My main concern was is this stone look like it's worth that price to you all. This is on the high end of my budget and honestly I thought I was going to get something in the F color for that $$. But the stone did seem to outperform other cushions I've seen in the light. My other concern was that it seems the spread was just average. I've seen some 7.8 x 7.6 stones but I think once I put this in a halo seeing a difference compared to a 7.4 x 7.2 stone will be hard. Do you all agree?
