Any concerns? Besides the Fluorescence

I don't think that the fluorescence of a BGBlue is a concern. It MIGHT look a bit bluish in direct sunlight because of the stone's high color. Ask BG to confirm.

Personally, it looks like a lovely, delicious stone. Pull the trigger before a lurker does.
