Thoughts on this diamond?

I am really liking this one, what do you think? I don't have idealscope/etc on it yet, will ask on Monday. Does B2Cjewels do that?

SI1 (verified to be eye-clean)
GIA XXX
No Fluor
7.79x7.8x4.61mm (big for 1.7, no?)
depth: 59
table: 60
crown angle: 32.5
pavilion angle: 41
HCA: 1.3
Price: $14,900

Is there anything wrong with how shallow the diamond is? For the price/size/cut/clarity, I feel like this is my best option. But I'm open to other ideas. This diamond will be on hold for me until Wednesday.

My experience with them was that they 'verified' the stone was good to go, but after I paid for it they said they could see a chip in the girdle. Apparently they didn't even have it when they 'verified' it. Proceed with caution.

It is a 60/60 stones, so-called because of its table percentage and depth percentage. Stones with larger tables, shallower crown heights, and deeper pavilion angles often exhibit a tendency to show more brightness (white flashes) than dispersion or fire (colored flashes). If that's what you like it's not necessarily a good or bad stone based just on that. (You'd need to look at images to get a better idea of its expected real life light performance.)

If you prefer a bit more balance of brightness and fire, go with more "ideal" cuts. Table sizes pushing, say, 58% or higher are getting in 60/60 territory.
