Just based on numbers alone from the GIA report doesn't look too bad. The crown is slightly shallow at 33.5 but paired with a 40.8 Pavillion should compliment each other nicely. If you are unable to get a video and advanced images I would consider looking at it if your vendor has a good return policy.

No watch outs from the cert.
Rule of thumb with <1.0 HCA is slightly shallow diamonds can appear dark if you look at them from very very close up i.e. you are short sighted.
