Also, if someone can explain fluorescence, I would appreciate it. I read the description on bluenile which suggests getting a diamond with no fluorescence. Does it matter?

Provide links.

Based on the info provided, your BN seems to have the most potential...but in rounds, you''ll want to know things like the crown & pavilion angles first to make your buying decision.

Read here in the tutorial re florescence...and read the whole tutorial to get your money''s worth from this site altogether.

Regards,

Ditto Ira, the BN diamond seems to have the most potential, but we need the crown and pavilion angles to be able to judge the cut. If you would like, we could suggest some diamonds which might fit your needs, if you give us your preferred specs, size and budget?

Also the tutorial Ira posted is great for explaining fluorescence, it also has some fans here!

Hi Lorelei,

Here are my preferred specs:

Carat: .75 to 1
Color: D-G
Cut: Ideal
Clarity: VVS2 to VS2

Our budget changes. We would like to stay in the $3500 to $4000 range. Thanks!!
