Thoughts on cut, size, & price

I have found this SQ H&A on goodoldgold.com and would like to know your thoughts on the quality of this stone, if the 1ct size will show as 1ct when set, and what a fair price would be for this stone. Thanks all!

I think you might not have gotten a response yet cause

1) little sleepy on weekends here
2) square H&A are relatively new and not many folks are "experts" on ''em

In general square stones don''t "face up" or appear to be as large as round cuts on the finger. So when you say "will it look like 1ct" are you comparing to 1 ct rounds or other 1ct square H&A or other 1 ct square stones like square radients, asschers, etc. Over 70% depths seems deep to me, but I''m not an expert in anyway ... Good Old Gold is a reputable vendor and should be able to tell how the "spread" is compared to whatever stone you want them to compare it to ... just ask that way "How''s it''s spread?"

Hope others weigh in for ya ... also, you could compare dimensions of your stone with dimensions of other 1 ct stones & get a general idea. Would do it myself but I''ve gotta get offline for a bit. GOOD LUCK!
