Thoughts on BN Signature Cushion H&A Images

Hi All,

I had gotten some feedback on a 1.50 ct G VS2 Signature Cushion H&A from BN and it was mentioned the cut looked good. I was looking at the GCAL report that they provided and came across the attached images that made me wonder how good the cut really is.




Specifically the Hearts weren't very symmetrical and just not as clean as other diamond images I've seen.

Am I interpreting this correctly? Any input would be greatly appreciated

It's very nice but not at the very top level of cut perfection. However, you won't find many H&A cushions, either. Have you looked at Brian Gavin? He has well cut H&A cushions but they may be shaped slightly differently. The stone you are looking at is probably gorgeous, though. I think you'll have to see it in person to know for sure.

Thanks DS! Appreciate the insight. I think you helped reduce my fear of buyers remorse. I agree that it might be best to see this stone myself and return it if there's any concern.

BGD has been a contender and I've been monitoring his diamonds as well. We'll see what comes out on top.
