Thoughts on a ACA Stone!

You all have been great and i would have definitely gotten killed by a B&M store without PS. I am interested in a couple of diamonds but wanted to see what you all thought about the AGS,IS, ASET, and hearts images of:

Let me know if you think this is a perfectly brilliant stone or if i should try to do a bit better. Specifically, the IS looks good to me but i am an amateur at reading them. Do you guys perceive any light leakage or do you think this is a great stone? THANKS again for all your help and advice...
