Just curious if there are any other Lilly diehards around here? And if so what did people haul in from this year's summer sale?
I'll see about posting what I pulled in, but I'm more curious about what people got and how it looks! I try to do some research ahead of time but this year I pulled the trigger on a few things

I tend to find Lilly a great clothing compliment to diamonds, so link up relevance there!

I love LP and just started getting into it last year. I'm in northern CA, and you don't see it around much, so it only really came on my radar recently. I shopped the sale last year, but since I'm still carrying some postpartum "fluff" from having my daughter recently , I couldn't justify buying this year since I'm not sure where I'll end up.

Can't wait to see what you hauled, though!

I tend to wear dark solid colors because I think they make my diamond stand out more. I know, I'm pathetic.

I love Lilly Pulitzer and love her colorful print dresses. I haven't bought anything recently however.
Callie lol I love wearing colorful dresses as Bea enjoys the colors and shows off when I'm wearing color. But I love black clothes too as you know. 8-)

I'm an old time collector. I used to sell it on eBay. I still have every size and pattern although I gave tons and tons of it away and have now forgotten pattern names. I used to dress my daughter in in it when she was little, too.

I'm already looking forward to "mommy and me" outfits for Easter. My daughter is 3 months old :lol-2:

How cute will that be @Hayley87 Enjoy your sweet little one. The time flies by so fast.

So pricescope definitely did NOT alert me to all this! This is so exciting. I love the collection aspect of their clothing line, I've seen people with older pieces that are so gorgeous. I love that curation is built into the brand, though I suspect I don't love the price tag that gets built in as well. When I got married last year I scored some excellent deals for a number of dresses I used at various wedding events and on our honeymoon to FS in Maui which felt so appropriate.

I have to say I do also enjoy coordinating colors to let my diamonds pop but I also enjoy the bright aspect.

@Hayley87 I envy you! I am not ready for kids right now, though I've always loved them but I am definitely ready to dress people in mommy/daughter outfits (or not daughters as I don't care for gender rolling much).

My niece is very distinctly loving dresses so I am waiting to buy her one eventually.

@AGBF Do you still sell? Or do you have pictures of the pieces you had? I would love to see them. My friends mother has a lot of stuff from years ago and its amazing how well it still wears. Never goes out of style.

@Calliecake no way, I have a series of blue shirts and outfits I refer to as "diamond blue" because it makes the white pop so much whiter. Not pathetic, just smart :)

@missy it's a classic look. Nothing wrong with it. In fact I'd say the right cut in black with a few diamonds, you literally need to do nothing else. My sister was complaining the other day that she never feels she dresses herself up enough and my advice was, get your diamond studs and necklace, throw your hair in a top knot and anything will look good!

I just got excited and thought of this thread because my update that my stuff is almost here. I probably did more damage than I should have. My mother in law has learned to give me gift cards for the impending sale for my birthday every year. So I am waiting on a few dresses, a hoodie, and some shorts. Also there's packable bags are the best! We are going to use it for a beach bag on vacation this year.

I do not sell anything on eBay anymore. I have many, many pieces of Lily left, some in my house in Connecticut and some in my house in Virginia and I gave so much away that it it is incredible. The woman who cleans for me got dozens of pieces that were new with tags and she sometimes wears them here to work then changes! Besides selling Lily, I had the idea of selling Vera Bradley and I collected many vintage patterns of bags and clothing in Vera Bradley. I still have a few of those bags, too, although fewer than the Lily. I really have to learn to work my new camera so that I can photograph what I have. I don't have any photos on my computer already. Thank you for asking, though! I almost wore a Lily classic shift in this print to my father's memorial service. I had one left in the house and although it was a little big, I loved the print. However, while looking for a Little Black dress, I found a Little Pink Dress (by Ted Baker) that I loved and wore to the occasion. This is the dress I almost wore and a close-up of the "Taboo" print, which is one of the most popular Lily prints of all time, although it is not a picture of my actual dress.
