How could anyone possibly argue that he: 1) did not know what he was doing
2) was railroaded, when he was caught in the act and signed a confession
3) had any remorse for what he did

When asked where I''m from I typically tell people the last state I lived in rather than TX because of the reputation. Not all Texans support the death penalty.
