The White Supremacist/Bitcoin Connection

I never paid any attention to Bitcoin. I didn't have any idea what it was. Then I got a warning message from the SPLC, to which I donate money, saying that it is being use by White Supremacist and Nazi groups (now called the nicer sounder "alt. right"). (Did I mention that I loathe Steve Bannon? He is the alt.Thomas Jefferson.)

This essay fascinated me.

Interesting article! Cryptocurrencies have gained a lot of traction recently, and call me a pessimist but I'm surprised that something like wasn't reported earlier.

With stricter and stricter regulations being put into place, any time there is even a hint of anonymity involved, I start thinking that people will take advantage of it for their own negative gains.
