I saw this book in the store yesterday and was wondering about it.

Does anyone know about it or know how well it works?

I know tea is suppose to be good for you and I love it... I have been trying to drink more. Just wondering about this book.

Before googling it my initial question is:

"What about the essentials needed provided by foods?? (ex. protien)"

Now time to googles and find out I suppose. hehe

MissErin, from what little I read about it on Amazon you drink tea along with your foods too. And it also has recipes to make foods using tea. But I don''t know anything else about it.
