the never ending diamond search OVER????

hey everyone!

I went to see the lazarre today. WOW!!!

I don't think I ever saw that much fire come out of one diamond! I just couldn't believe it! I see what you mean by you'll know when you see it!!

I just forgot to look at it in the ISEE2! It is going back to AGS to be recertified tomorrow afternoon and the jeweler realized she forgot to show me the ISEE2 and said that I could come back in the morning to see it before it goes out! Should I??? It was really beautiful, should I bother to go see it ISEE2!????

It scored a 9.2 from what she told me...

It's up to you but if you saw the lazare and loved it, I'd go with it in a heartbeat. wasn't it bigger than the isee2?

No, you don''t need to see in the ISee2 it as long as she said it scored above 9.0.

Thank you SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much for all of the help that you have given me. I dont'' think I''m going to bother. They''re sending it back to AGS tomorrow and we''ll see if it still comes back as good! All the specs are good! I just can''t believe the "fire" that I saw in the diamond!! Even took it outside!

Can''t wait to see when it comes back if it is the same or better! ALso, can''t wait to see the setting! Thanks again! I''ll have to brush up on my photo taking skills!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If this comes out half as nice as Jetmal''s, I''ll be happy!!!!!!!!!!!

Ally, as I told you, I looked for months for my stone, so I know how relieved you must feel! I was indecisive, too, for a long time, and learned what I wanted along the way. But these ideal cut stones are so gorgeous, it''s very easy to fall in love!

Gosh, we should have told you to take a digital camera and take some pictures for us! But I guess we can wait until you get it set!

I actually was going to take the digital camera but forgot. I also realized that I wouldn''t be able to get that great of a shot of it as my skills with my digital camera are not that great!

I could , really, go over there tomorrow and take photos if you want! However, I really think I''ll drive myself crazy with looking at it through the scope again ! Spent HOURS there today looking already!!!

In reading back your message, what did you mean by "didn''t it look bigger than the ISEE2!"

I think Mrssalvo thought you were referring to looking at an ISee2 brand diamond. But I took it to mean your jeweler has the ISee2 machine that grades brightness, or whatever it does!

But yes, definitely, we''d LOVE to see pictures and then you''d have some to gaze at while you wait for your stone to be set!!!

DS---I was looking at a ISEE2 diamond ! It was a slight bit smaller though! I wish that I had taken photos of this diamond today though. I just don''t know if I want to go back because I will analyze it more and I really do have to say that I feel TOTALLY relieved with a decision FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the verragio setting ! I saw two verragios today , one being very similar to mine. (0069). It was beautiful and the side stones were gorgeous. It had only a cubic in the center stone and was still breathtaking! They spent at least an hour with me just deciding on size(s). Since it is an eternity band (both) , I wanted to make sure that the sizing was exactly correct as I tend to change ring sizes in summer and winter. I want to be able to wear it YEAR ROUND!

I cannot tell you how much I appreciate all of the help that all of you have given me. MSSALVO, Diamondseeker, and JETMAL especially have spent a world of time helping me!! THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It''s people like you that make others (like me) be able to make a HUGE decision like this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
