LMAO. Seriously, I''m a vegetarian and even I can see the genius in this concept! Hilarious. I bet I could make a veggie version though...LOL!

[IMG] Too funny! I better not show this thread to DH or he''ll be wanting the meat version for his next b-day cake! But it would be funny to make a veggie version for myself along with that since that''s how we usually end up making things! Can one actually "cream" or "whip" tofu? Just wondering....lol!

I actually like it, I use very lean 93% lean sirloin, shredded parm cheese, chopped mushrooms and onions and this great Lawry''s seasoning...and I use a pan with a lower pan so any fat drains away. It is good, I am not a ketchup and bread crumb fan, but do not mind worchestchire (spelling?) or Heinz chili sauce on it...my son will eat Salisbury steak but not meatloaf...go figure THAT one out!

I guess Lisa and Strm both know me real well - lol....
This cannot be used for a grooms cake for the wedding tho....Strm has it that he wants his punkin pie [IMG]...so that is the plan.
That is really kewl...definitely something I would love to try some day - but wouldn''t cost me $40 since we can get hamburger cheaper here than in the US...which is kindda weird to me - lol

Brilliantly written! Especially the whole explanation of woostershrirer sauce and the such. [IMG] Though I''m meatasaurus, I don''t know that I''d like a meatloaf cake. That fact, however, does not diminish the genius o'' the meatloaf cake!!
