The Making of...
We've been fortunate on PS to be treated to "The Making of..." several projects and here's another I thought PSers might like to see.
It's this pear clip by Michelle Ong of Carnet http://www.carnetjewellery.com/#/en/craft Unfortunately, the video is small but it doesn't seem to be posted anywhere else

The website is abysmal and has tiny photos so if you want to read a little more and see some large photos there's a write-up at http://www.thejewelleryeditor.com/2011/09/carnet-london-retrospective/ - clicking on that grey arrow will take you to a slideshow of the pieces at the bottom of the page.
