I made WL''s enchiladas last night and they were yummy, and easy too! The salsa verde I got was not the best, though edible, I need to find a better brand or make my own. I wonder how hard tomatillos are to find in January in Massachusetts?

you can prob find them at a latin market/grocery...if they sell Mexican/Central Amer items. Do you have any in your area? I lovvvve tomatillos. YuM!!!

J and I have been sooo good about not going out to eat (We haven''t gone out in almost 2 weeks!) and tonight we''re getting sushi and I''m SO geeked!

We''re not really doing much of anything this weekend since this week has been so busy with lunches and stuff. And I have vball to supervise on Sunday. But we''re probably taking a friend out to dinner for a belated bday on Sunday night, since we have Monday off. Woot.

HH...not sure about the tomatillos, but I know WF and TJs each have a couple different salsa verdes they stock...I wish I could remember the brand name of the one I used...it was really good. But now I''m gonna have to make those enchilladas, too!

This one was really heavy on the chilis and I didn''t get any of the nice tartness from the tomatillos so I was bummed.

This weekend we''re not doing much. Saturday night we''re having dinner with some friends and Sunday I''m helping my BFF register for her baby shower.

I liked parties when I was a kid...now I usually just go to HH/dinner with friends, and then A and I spend the day together doing something low-key. For the big 2-5 we went to the zoo and he bought me a little stuffed panda after making me b-fast in bed.

I told him that''s what I want every year...but with different, still low-key activities. I refuse to work on my Bday and plan on taking it off every year because it''s MY day!

Hehe, Bia. It''s actually a really easy sport to learn. As evidenced by some people on my team, coordination not necessary if you can just get to the ball, lol.
