For list cleaning, I just kept it in a micro works doc... I don''t have excel.
I did an in depth list cleaning the first of the month and gave the week for girls that were MIA to respond.
It took me about 2 hours the first time..
but that''s cuz i was anal about it.
Every name that was on that list was searched

. I put them in the "search" bar and tried to find a place where they posted. Then I looked under their name where it says how many total posts they had and when their last one was.
If they had a "normal" name, I went here http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/search.asp and said "search author"

That was the only way I could be assured that the list was thoroughly cleaned

ckrickett, I kept mine on google docs so it was easily accessible. I had a column for number on the list, a column for their name, a column for whether they were over 500 posts or not (so I knew how long to keep them on the list if they hadn't posted), and a column with their last post date. Then I went through and checked everyone's last post date when it was time to do list cleaning.
