Thanks D2b. Inside shots are great also. I love it and super easy to use compared to my other digi. The only drawback is long distance shots, but to be expected with the ELPH.

Thanks for the compliments. The macro is awesome. I have a fujifilm digital slr and the macro photos are not even close to being as good as the canon. I think for the most part, after looking at all the threads on cameras, the canon is a favorite on this forum. Because I prefer to look through a view finder to take pics, I had to adjust to looking at the screen because the viewfinder is very, very small.
