2010.. you want a new setting, you go the vendors website and pick the design elements you want and the design comes to life right there.
Hit a button and enter your credit card information and it is reviewed for problems then sent to a 3d wax printer and cast and 72 hours later it arrives at your doorstep.

I could see some psers getting into that since many of them make CADS themselves. However, so many of us are also OCD and would need to talk to a human to make sure everything is going to look perfect.

That''s true but it could be set up that way too.

I can see this being a very appealing option for the do-it-yourselfer. It''s an interesting concept for sure, but I agree, I''d still want some human affirmation of it''s potential beauty before it was actually cast.
