The other threads were upsetting to read.
Anyone have incidents (even not jewelry related) of excellent customer service they received?

I've had many perfect transactions with Lebish when buying FCDs.
Whiteflash, Boonering, and Good Old Gold also have great service.
Gelin Abaci was wonderful for my platinum tension setting, even after sale support, but they are no longer in business.:(sad

I love to play pool.
This company still makes excellent cue sticks in America :eek-2::o:-oo_O, and has excellent after-sale support.

My go-to cutter for custom gemstone is Jeff White, can't fault his cutting or customer services. I have 3 stones lined up with him for this year already - a Ruby, a neon pink Sapphire and a Mahenge Spinel. He already has my shopping list for next year!

I have a good relationship with my contact at eBay's diamondmounts in China. They are my go-to bench for custom work, and I met up with my contact in China was I was visiting my folks in HK in 2015 and gave him a few CSs to be set. I am slowly getting round to have them set.

For pearls, can't fault Pearl Paradise. Jeremy pulled out all the stops with a rushed custom order during my darkest hours which was much appreciated. I hope to work with PP to get a strand of blue Tahitians in a couple of years.

DK :))

That's awesome to hear! I'm glad good customer service still exists!
I had an amazing experience with a store in Manhattan (not jewelry) even though I didn't end up buying then, that I went back a few times and spent quite a bit there.
Just because the sales ladies were so nice.

I have had exceptional service with Whiteflash and Wink Jones!

Victor is always exceptional, Whiteflash is always exceptional, I bought a coloured stone recently from Dana and Rochelle and that was great service, I bought rough from Joe Henley a while ago and that was outstanding service....

I have had amazing experiences with Adam at Old World Diamonds. He genuinely wants his customers happy and to that end he does whatever possible in his abilities to make that happen. I have never received such amazing customer service before or since. And though I have other jewelers I love seeing no one surpasses Adam (for me) in terms of great service and beautiful diamonds.

David Klass has always gone above and beyond for me. He has treated me IMHO like his best customer even though he is a busy man who works on much higher end pieces than mine.

David Klass, Whiteflash, Wink Jones (and Melissa) at HPD (seriously the best), and Gary at Finewater Gems we’re all very above average in customer service for me. I am trying to stick to these vendors for everything since they treated me so well.
So far Yoram at Gem Concepts has been fantastic, too.

In no particular order:
Wink, GOG, Whiteflash, David Klass, Dutton, Jaimeen

HPD is incredible, Yeukiteil from IDJ, Dana and rachelle from mastercut gems, Bryce hoemann for cutting gems, joe Henley for buying rough. All of them stand out to me as amazing. Oh and Jason brim is super kind and has great stuff.

Almost forgot Jon from AV (changed the name recently). He's also excellent.

Edit. Boone rings is another excellent vendor, along with David Klass (even though I've only worked with him after buying his pieces second hand on LT, he's always very nice)

David Klass is a class act. He goes above and beyond to make sure that you’re happy, and his bench does fine work.

Jeff White has always been a pleasure to work with. I love his emerald cuts, and he is always courteous and professional.

Nick Engel is my go-to for repairs, and he makes beautiful jewelry too. Super nice guy, and very knowledgeable & trustworthy.

Lang Antiques has impeccable jewelry and great service. The staff there has been endlessly patient with PSers trying on things.

I'll pass this along to my DH. He LOVES Snooker!

Yes David Klass!!!! No matter how big or how small he always does a great job, is well priced and is wonderful to deal with. He resized a ring I helped another PSer sell recently, then shipped it to a PSer in Canada for both of us, nothing is every too much trouble, I cannot give his customer service enough stars!!!

David Klass, Mastercut Gems, Gemfix - all wonderful!

In no particular order, I've had great service with
David Klass, IDJ, Whiteflash, and James Allen.

Wouldnt hesitate to go back to any of them (which I do plan in the future!)

JuliaB was great to work with on Etsy.

Had a Meucci cue stolen from inside my car. It wasn't super expensive but I did paid like $200 for this used cue in 1986.

I used to play a lot of Canadian snooker on old 12' X 6' ?? tables. There were only 3 of these tables in town with two in one pool hall.
