Thank you for all your thoughts and opinions and a special thanks to Gypsy for all your great ideas and suggestions! I found the dress over the weekend and purchased it yesterday!!! I love it, it feels light and romantic and the pictures do not do it justice, its very sparkly!!!! It's a relief to have one thing done, now hopefully everything else will start falling into place. My sisters health is still precarious so I put a rush order on the dress just in case and it can be ready by November! The dress looks pulled in the tummy area but thats cuz it was clipped in the back.
