All his life he's surrounded himself with people who will not--or cannot--challenge him on his behavior. He gets away with it because of his father's real estate empire, mob connections, and control of so many buildings in NYC. He got away with it through the primaries because the mainstream republicans and media didn't take him seriously. Now he's genuinely amazed that people want him to follow normal rules of behavior.
It's a conundrum--is he so clueless because he was born into privilege, or is it just that a lifetime of privilege has taught him he can get away with it?

Of course when she turned him down, he had a story about it planted in the Enquirer and said HE turned HER down because she was "too short." Of course he did.
I can't imagine having sex with him; can you even stomach what sort of disaster that would be? About one minute of awkward grabbing and fondling followed by likely under one minute of actual intercourse and zero foreplay. I highly doubt he's ever taken the time to hone his sexual skills and certainly no woman has ever made the mistake twice of trying to guide him. Blech.
