I have met real blue-haired old ladies.

Some of you are probably thinking "that tells me a little something about VRB," or "yeah, that fits with my image of VRB."

Others are probably going

.

This is the blue''s clues challenge: Share something piece of true information that will tell some of us a little bit about you, while leaving others

or googling!

Your turn!

& BTW if you''re picturing VRB hanging around with punk motorcycle mamas... bring out the gong!

Today I took part in 2 IEP''s, and 1 MET.

I spent two years studying terrestrial isopods. (mostly Armadillidium vulgare)

VRB--are you a hairdresser who does blue and lavender rinses for older clients?

I spend 40 hours a week surrounded by bronze and lots of guns.

I recently realized my FOID is expired and my Higgins is currently illegal. Think I should still try transporting it in a sock?

Ha! I know what those are!!!

I excel at eagle

I spent many a year studying Zoanthids (cnidarians) and thought Palytoxin poisoning after dermal, or in rare cases inhaled, contact was exceedingly interesting.

I can do triples and extensions in my toaster.

I can diagnose Laminitis

I know that billets, bells and horns all have something in common

I can feel a cross fire and correct it in two strides or less.

I dream of making a layout Callahan.

If you call me and ask about a 20, 40, or 45 footer, we're in business, but don't you dare ask me for 10, 48, or 52!

Being in the same field as you, Tuckins, I know what the first part is. I''m not sure about the MET though. Hmmm...

I''m bad at figuring out pretty much all of these, but this one truly has me scratching my head.

Knowing what you do P, I get the second part. I have no clue about the first part though. Off to Google!

I''ve done lots of things in toasters before, including tic-tocs and windmills.

Don''t know if our toasters are the same, though!

And every day, I spend hours working on FAOMs.

My goal is always to be over budget.

MET= Multidiciplinary Evaluation Team. Psychologist, Sp. Ed teacher, social worker, Reg. ed teacher, and administrator or district representative meet to look over test scores and results, determining what type of placement, services, etc...

Thanks Tuckins! Okay, I get it -- we have the same thing but we call it something different.

Hi Monarch! [:wavey] That's enough for me! I'm not a hairdresser, but I was alluding to the fact that I'm old enough to remember when blue hair in old ladies was sort of the norm. I don't think you see them (or their lavender and pink hairded sisters) much anymore.

You've got me stumped.

The only possibility that comes to mind is that you operate a spray tan booth
10.gif
but I'd bet against myself on that one!

Every single one of those clues has me stumped,
10.gif
but its the references to toasters and callahans that really have me intrigued!

FOID is ringing a bell dimly somewhere... not a bell of recognition though... its more like I heard that term not too long ago and I might just be able to drag its meaning, or at least its context, out of the ether...

So, training is going well. Are his hooves okay or did this happen to you?

Monnie~ I knew YOU''D know what my post was about. But, I have no clue what your bronze guns are about!

I think it''s the same thing, but we call it either the RTI (response to intervention) team or the CST (child study team). The only difference is we don''t have a social worker with us, and we mainly discuss the child''s progress and give suggestions to the classroom teacher on other things to try with the child. Parents aren''t at these meetings either.
