As you may know I ordered the 8 prong earring setting. Well, one of the prongs were crooked and I sent them back. Then I got them back in 18k white gold. I had ordered them in platinum. I was getting discouraged. But they said they will fix them asap. I just picked them up and I must say they did a wonderful job fixing them. They had called numerous times apologizing how sorry they are. And they fixed them so quick. i just want to say that they really care about their clients. I really love the job they did. The 8 prong martini setting are so beautiful. I just want to thank Vera, Lindsey and Allison for getting me the earrings right. I will surely come back to them. Thanks.

gothgrrl, that''s good to hear! i recently ordered a pair of martini studs and jackets from WF and there were some issues when i received them. my sparklies are actually with WF right now and i''m waiting to hear what needs to be done to fix the problems. once i notified them, they were very quick to address the issue and i know they''ll do everything that needs to be done to make things right. glad to hear everything worked out for you!
