I would also like to thanks Neil Beaty (denverappraiser), who I went to for the appraisal. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. From my experiences purchasing diamond jewelry online, I found that an independent appraiser, such as Neil, was an invaluable resource and well worth it. Also, Whiteflash''s customer service was incredible, unlike anything I have ever experienced from any business. There was a slight mishap, and the people from Whiteflash mentioned above went to great lengths to make sure I was satisfied.
