My ring is finally done... thanks again for all of the help!!

I just wanted to send a post to express my thanks. For some of you, this is second nature, but to most of us, it is totally greek. In my view. this is one of the most important purchases we make, and also very expensive! So it is very important that we get it right. The stress of making sure we get it right can potentially put a cloud over what should be a joyous occasion (getting engaged). Those of you that provide your most valuable advice and suggestions need to know what a difference you make. I can breathe easy knowing that I have made an educated choice - the education coming from this site. I can let go of the stress of worrying about making a bad choice (which I did make with the first ring) and just enjoy being engaged - and that is all thanks to you guys! Below is the stone and setting I am going with.

BTW, do I get that you''re sending the ring from DOW to WF, for them to put the diamond into it?

No, I sent a picture of the setting to WF for them to make it. I am waiting for the quote now. If they can''t do it for the same price then I will take Julie''s suggestion and purchase the setting from DOW and send to WF to set the stone.
