GingerBcookie, the setting is from a local jeweler here in Tampa, FL, Mavilo. They do a great job with their assistance and have a great selection on hand of several settings/semimounts. Many of which are great knockoffs of Natalie K, Tacori, etc. They do alot of their own design and manufacturing and can make anything your heart desires. My personal setting was modified to raise the head slightly to accomodate a flush fit for the eternity bands I plan to stack on either side.
