Pricescopers:
I just wanted to write a quick note to convey my WARMEST THANKS to all of you on this forum who helped me out.
You may (or may not) remember me from the following post:
https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/need-advice-on-1-5-ct-stone.83144/
I used Nancy Stacy (listed on this website) to independently appraise the stone, and she was excellent! The procedure was very interactive, everything checked out perfectly, and I really appreciated the time that she took to walk me through her procedures.
To those of you who are like me and are nervous about purchasing on-line -- I was squeamish about the thought of purchasing my ER online until I spent time researching on this website and lurking on this discussion forum. Walking into a B&M store (or even browsing an online vendor) can be very intimidating, and may even be disasterous, if you don''t do your homework first. The information from this site and these forums allowed me to shop with confidence and ended up saving me money, angst and buyer''s remorse.
Again, MANY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU and I will follow up with some pics of the ring.
Mike
ps. I can''t wait until this ring goes side-by-side with the family heirloom ring -- I''ll keep you folks posted!
