I wonder why the other couple was denied damages? Seems pretty messed up. I'm glad she has to pay something, but feel bad for the other couple.

Her lawyers are going to appeal which means, I think, that no one gets any money until the appeals run out. Her attorneys may be prepared to take it to SCOTUS again, even though they declined to hear her 2020 appeal. Sigh.
