Wedding test driving wedding bands?

I''m really really scared about buying a wedding band, because I know I will become sentimentally attached and won''t want to get rid of it. So I need something that will look good, work with my lifestyle, and that I won''t get tired of.

Are there any good ways to "test drive" plain wedding band styles? I want yellow gold wedding band -- any good simulants I can try out for a few weeks at a time to see if I like?

Do you want diamonds or just plain gold? You could probably order an inexpensive band from somewhere like junojewelery.com and then purchase a nicer, higher karat, more substantial one later on if you like the style.
