Tension Ring in Singapore?

I hope I can get some help from fellow experts here.

I''m based in Singapore, and I''m thinking on proposing my girlfriend. I browse around internet and I like this tension ring made by Gelin Abaci.

Now my question:
1. For fellow pricescope member based in Singapore, is there any shop in Singapore carry Gelin Abaci tension ring product?
2. Some of the online store which based in US mentioned it can do delivery. Do you actually ship internationally too?

Hey, thanks for your reply. So that means we need to make sure if everything goes well in one time? I mean just to save some shipping cost, right?

Btw, did you need to pay for GST when it passes Singapore Custom?
