Tennis bracelet - who has the best melees?

I'm in the market for a tennis bracelet, 3ctw in platinum. I've contacted WF and BGD for quotes and BGD's quote came back significantly higher. Now I know more expensive doesn't mean better, but it does make me wonder. That's why I'm asking for your opinions and feedback - are ACAs and BGD signatures comparable?

Ask WF what the color and clarity of the stones they are using it are. Then ask if they are hearts and arrows melee. Then compare that to BGD's. If they are the same color and clarity and they are hearts and arrows. Then they are the same. And since I prefer working with BGD, I would ask BGD to match the WF quote (if everything is equal they might).

If the melee is the same in color and clarity and it is hearts and arrows melee, then yes they are pretty much completely equal.

I've actually bought many times from BGD, each time spending a 4 figure sum, (before at WF when Brian was still there) so I guess you can say I'm a very loyal customer, but this time their quote is a staggering 40%+ greater than WF for the same thing

They aren't open yet but when they are, I'll give WF a call and ask them those questions.

By the way, on their site, their pictures do show a perfect arrows pattern on their ACA melees so I do believe they are H&A

Just make sure that your quote includes that same melee. Just to be sure.

I just had both companies quote a dbty necklace. BGD signature and WF ACA melee. I saw a similar price difference that you did. Approx 34% price difference in my case. I'll be using WF for the necklace. I'm still planning on using BGD for another piece though.

I had IDJ price it too and they were less expensive than both but I feel more comfortable with the F-G VS ACA melee over their SI excellent cut. I'm sure it would still be beautiful but the price difference wasn't enough for me to go that route.
