Am so glad I found this forum and hoping for some bling advice! My in-laws have kindly offered to buy me a diamond something as a gift to celebrate the birth of my baby girl and I get to choose it
Sooooo am thinking tennis bracelet as I have diamond e-ring, band and earrings already...not a fan of studs but wanted something timeless and good to wear on an everyday basis and I have always liked tennis bracelets...they have a family friend who is a jeweller and i went to see his workshop today and saw a beautiful bracelet but as it is a workshop he has limited items "in stock" so didn´t have much choice...but he gave us a )I think!) very good price:
6,5 carat, 4 prong setting in white gold, VS and G colour for eq. of USD6300
is it a good price and what should i ask or "look out" for in a bracelet - the guys is very reputable and the family has been friends with him for over 30 yrs so am not too worried but I want to avoid a hasty decision, I liked the bracelet but feel that I shouldn´t buy the first one I see?
opinions and thoughts from experienced "Blingers" would be highly appreciated!
