Hi everyone!
Thanks to advice I received here and other gracious people, I ended up buying my diamond stud earrings from High Performance Diamonds and love them however, I have learned that I'm more color sensitive than I had initially thought. We bought Crafted by Infinity stones, VSI, I color grade and I love them but I'd like them a bit brighter and whiter so I'm planning on upgrading on the color when they get their inventory restocked.

That said, I'd like to buy a tennis bracelet this year and was wondering if a martini setting for the stones would be secure enough? I plan to wear it daily, I cook, clean and exercise so although I'm not a lumberjack or boxer for a living :-). I do need it to withstand daily wear.

Any recommendations of places to look for tennis bracelets? I do not want to buy a brand name bracelet just for the name...I'd rather have quality and buy the best the best that I can for the money. I know that I want round / solitaires for the stones and in either platinum or white gold.

Do most people buy these already made or made to order? Any suggestions on what type of clasps are comfortable but secure?
Thank you!

Since you are already familiar with HPD, reach out to them. You saw my tennis bracelet in other posts that is from them (don't want to re-post the same pics). They have an amazing quality as you could see. They also have 3-prong styles (or the martini style, as you called it). Reach out to Melissa, she will send you all the styles you want.

Thank you! I think because they were running low on inventory when I bought from them, I didn't realize that they sell tennis bracelets in the size that I wanted. Yes, I saw yours and absolutely love it!! Thanks you!

They are running low on inventory for bigger stones. So, unless you want 30pts each stone, you should be fine. Just reach out to Melissa. They inventory will soon replenish as well.

Yes I believe they should be restocked any day! I can't wait!! :-)

Absolutely go to HPD for a tennis bracelet. I have two of them from HPD.

My first one was purchased from Wink in 2004 and has been worn daily since then. I opted for the safety of 4 prongs with the look of 3 prongs. It is hand assembled and made of .33 stones.

My second bracelet is made of .20 FIY stones with the same style mountings. I didn't realize at the time how rare RBs are in Fancy Yellows. Would have been easier to source radiants.

Thank you. Yes, reach out to HPD. Their Lux melee supplier is a different company than the one for the larger stones.

Here were my lose .20s FIY diamonds when Wink first showed them to me. We were both blown away.

CF, hearts on side of the setting?

I would just encourage you to reconsider wearing fine jewelry while cooking and exercising, etc. so that it stays in beautiful condition. I definitely would remove rings and bracelets before doing things that could cause damage. I do think 4 prongs are safer, personally, although there are many people here who love the three prong bracelets and have no problems. It's really a matter of what look you like best. I am considering a bezel setting for mine, just because I think it's a little more casual looking as well as being most protective of the diamonds.

I think it sounds perfect for you to continue to use HPD since you are already a happy customer! I love @cflutist 's and @daisygrl 's gorgeous bracelets! But just for those who happen to search this topic, I'd like to add that many members here have tennis bracelets from Whiteflash. They also use their top quality ACA diamonds. I have no idea of how the prices compare among top quality vendors on the bracelets, but you could potentially compare, since WF posts prices on some of theirs online (a lot of people have done larger size diamonds or other settings custom, though). Hopefully HPD will add some tennis bracelets to their site, too!

I'll look forward to seeing your beautiful bracelet!

These are spectacular!!! The COLOR! WOW!

My friend and I are in love with your bracelets! Do you recall how many yellow stones it took to make your bracelet and what the length is on it by chance? If I was crazy rich, I'd get a blue diamond one! I love the color ones but MUST have a classic diamond one.

A little late to the party......

Call Lesley at BGD. I worked with her years ago for my wife’s tennis bracelet.

That's beautiful!!

@Gratitude24

The parcel of Fancy Intense Yellow diamonds totaled 8.94 ctw.

We used 36 stones that totaled 7.15 ctw for 6.5 inches.

That left 9 stones (1.79 ctw) that were used for a pendant (Wink called them the Weak Sisters).

THE HEARTS!!! OMG!!! I LOVE THAT!!! I love too, that they were creative with the sisters and made the pendant for you! It's lovely!

@cflutist 's bracelets are absolutely beautiful. They have been an inspiration to me as I build my own bracelet.

I didn't know about the pendant, how creative! Love it too!
