I hope I hope I'm posting in the right place but I need help identifying this particular item. It is very heavy and very hard. It seems to be two separate pieces fused together. It is porous and very shiny. It looks like white gold or maybe slightly yellow. It almost feels like lead when holding it in my hand. I can't seem to find anything online that looks like this. A tektite was the closest thing I could find but no pics of tektites look this metalic. I almost think it might be gold but wondered if anyone had ever seen anything like this or knows where I can get more information about it.

Tektites are not "heavy" (i.e., dense), AFAIK, And they shouldn't be, based on their composition.

But I agree that it looks delicious!
