teeny tiny marquise in prongs?

I saw a beautiful setting at a jewelers and I''ve been looking online for the same idea--- can''t seem to find it though. I am wondering if anyone out there could help me.

The ring had tiny marquise (I think) embedded in the prongs and made it look like a flower. Has anyone ever seen this? I would love to see pictures!
