Tacori setting- baguette halo for pear?

Hi everyone,

I know this sounds completely crazy, but I am wondering if this tacori setting could be made for a pear.

Since it''s done for rounds and squares it seems possible but I''m not sure. Would tacori custom something like this? Alternatively, would another jeweler do something similar for me (and do you have recs so I can get a quote?)? I''ve read the zillions of baguette/trap halo drama posts on here, but am thinking this *might* be easier since the baguettes are set and not perfectly cut to match each other, if you know what I mean?

Well, I would email one of the vendors like Good Old Gold or Pearlman''s and ask if they could find out for you. I have seen haloed pears but not w/baguettes but that would be unique and beautiful.

I don't see why not. I had this ring brought in in the princess version as I was considering it for my Jubilee cut, but ruled it out since I didn't think the ring would work for cut corners. It is a very pretty ring. I am partial to baguettes, that is why I wanted to see it. It is very delicate IRL.

If you were going to use an Internet dealer anyway, you might want to give Collections Fine Jewelry a call. That is where I got my Tacori from. Their number is 1-800-779-3207 or 817-232-9251. They are in a little industrial strip mall outside of Ft. Worth, Texas, but they sell all the good designers. I don't think they would mind doing mail orders. Also, Pearlman's doesn't sell Tacori.
