Wedding Table Linen Questions - Need your Opinions!

Hey everyone!

So I''m trying to make some decisions about the venue decor. I''m not hiring a decor person, as I feel like it is already pretty enough, but I would like to maybe add some punch using linens.

So the room is mostly golds and creams, with dark wood floors. The table cloths on each table are white and are custom made for the square tables, so I don''t really want to mess with those.

So I was thinking about maybe getting a damask table cloth for a few tables (i.e. the cake table, gift table, and head table). What do you think?? Do you think it would be too much for a head table?

I think the table cloth would hmm..that is a long table. I was going to say it''d pop, and I did say I think it''d be pretty, but it is a looong table. I am not sure it 100% fits in the room, do you think it would? I think the other tables would look lost if the long table didn''t have the cloth, too.

I wish I knew how to do a poll...

A) Keep everything white and simple.

B) Keep everything white with one damask runner per table

C) Keep everything white, except the cake/gift/head table

D) Other (suggestions welcome!)

They are the chairs in the first pic - I''d say a light beige with wood trim?

I think the black/white demask might clash with the cream & wood chairs....

Another option is brown on white demask(not sure if this goes with your scheme) or chocolate brown tablecloths. I think either of those would look gorgeous

Hmmm...I hadn''t thought of that. They probably do have the brown and white damask, but you are right, it wouldn''t go with the scheme.

Granted, I don''t have to do anything with the scheme - I never intended the whole place to be themed or anything, I was just thinking of a few bursts of colour.
