Synthetic Question Please

I know that this article here is a bit dated, but did DeBeers really scramble at the prospect of cheap(er) consumer-friendly priced diamonds?

If they did, do those diamonds still exist in large quantities, or did they all go towards semicondictors, and diamond cutting blades?

Would they appraise or rank the way many of the (organic) diamonds on this board do?  Would they view the same under a loupe as an organic would?

Basil there are heaps of threads on that well bashed out topic - do a search here in Rocky Talky and in ''hangout''.

The supply of conventional colored Gemesis diamonds is small - the Aussie agent has 6 yellow and 5 red stones - and I do not believe Appollo are going to actually make and sell diamonds - I think they are in the business of dining out on investors dollars rather than actually doing anything remotely like a 4 letter word (work)
