Summer decks and patios

Its winter here
we had a power cut
its freezing

But aside from that please good people post lots of pictures

Our home is a late 1950s state houses
Basically a box
with zero indoor outdoor flow
our garage and drive way are right in the wrong place
We think we could do french doors off the lounge onto an old fashoned 1960s patio (so we can still drive on it ) with a polycarbonate roof between the house and the garage
Its a sun trap out there

So id love to see some options

We use our decks and patios all year round. We have an epay deck in our backyard. Rebuilt in 2013 because Sandy destroyed her at the end of 2012. She was reconstructed better than ever and we get a lot of joy hanging out in our backyard.
This summer hopefully we can start having friends over again (outside) depending on how the pandemic is going.





The stone part of our backyard where we also hang out during cool summer (and other seasons) nights.



@AprilBaby your deck is very pretty. A peaceful haven from the craziness of the world. That's how I view our home and property. A respite from the madness all around us.
