Suggestions for use of Appraiser to complete sale

Has anyone used one of the appraisers here to complete the sale of your diamond? (I send him/her) diamond and they inspect and verify and answer any of hte buyer's questions, then if th ebuyer wants it they send money to him/her, then I get the money and they get the diamond from him?

I beleven Neil Beatty could do this for you, known here as denverappraiser. His fee for appraisal is very reasonable, but he might a little more for handling the escrow service you are describing. I'm glad u might have found a home for your 3ct. Too soon for me so my loss
