Hi!

I'm seeking suggestions for a platinum wedding band to go with my platinum halo engagement ring. There are four raised prongs and four side diamonds, so shopping online for a complimentary band has been a bit challenging. I don't know what will work best. HELP!

Will a straight platinum band rub against the prongs and cause wear over time? I'm thinking a contoured/curved band would be best. Also, I don't want diamonds/micropave, just plain platinum.

Here are pics of my engagement ring for reference:

Thanks for any thoughts and suggestions!

I wouldn't get a curved wedding band because it can't be worn on its own.

I think it's best when the engagement ring and the wedding don't stack perfectly. It should look you're wearing two different rings. A little space is fine.

+1: I fully agree.

You have a gorgeous engagement ring

I think a plain platinum band at least 1/2mm or 1 mm smaller that your engagement ring would look elegant.

Thank you for your thoughts, everyone! I'm now starting to think a straight, thin platinum band would look good, too. Plus, as I think about it more, a curved band that isn't soldered may shift a lot and not align properly. I've been looking at e-weddingbands.com and see a few that I like.

@Acinom Thank you so much for the compliment on my ring! That's so nice! :D
