Strange shaped band to fit over knuckle?

I have started looking at engagement rings

and I came across a designer that made these strange shaped settings that are designed to twist over your knuckle so they fit, but then cinch in the sides of your finger when it''s on straight. It''s oblong and pinched in on the sides...does anyone know what I''m talking about? The name is short I think, and maybe has an initial? Like B. something?

Can anyone help me figure out who this designer is!?! I can''t find it online!
