Hi,

Can anyone can shed some light on what is going one with this diamond? The IdealScope looks quite odd, which I can't understand as the proportions seem to be good.... Is it just a case of no H&A because of the slighly shallow crown angle? Should I be concerned?

Table: 54
Depth: 62.1
Crown: 33.5
Pavillion: 40.8
Clarity: VS1
Diameter/length: 7.35 / 4.55
Weight 1.5c

Those are not idealscope images they are h&a viewer pictures and they are not taken right.
Also the bottom one does not appear to be the same diamond as the top but they are very badly taken so that is not for sure.
Everything has to be properly aligned to get good images.
Diamond in the center of scope, camera parallel with the viewer top and centered over it.

Thank you Karl. The provider advised that they were IS photos, I thought it was odd that it was blue and not the typical red! The fact it's H&A makes much more sence. Unfortunately, I'm none the wiser on the light retun of the diamond without the IS. :(

Red flag. Run.

It is worrying if the vendor cannot tell the difference between an IS and a H&A viewer.
