Still waiting for my ring

Thanks to the help from PS, I ordered this stone with this setting

The ring was supposed to arrived today but I got a phone call from Jim said there is a issue with the ring and it needs to be remade. Here is how the ring looks from top. The basket is a bit bigger for the diamond and you can see edges of the basket from the top. It looks like a 12 prong setting.

Jim will make the remake a priority so I will get it next weekend. I am not thrilled about the waiting but instead being upset about a new ring, I get to know that I will receive a perfect one. I will definitely shop with JA again.

I love that timeless solitaire setting. I''m glad that they have some quality control check and I can see what you mean, if you hadn''t pointed it out, I probably wouldn''t have noticed. Glad you had a good experience with them... Congrats on a beautiful Ring!

Your ring is going to be spectacular! I''m sorry you have to wait a little longer, but IME it''s better to wait to have it done correctly, because it would always bother you! Please post lots of pics when it arrives!
