Hello All,
10 year anniversary coming up on 6/27/09. Looks like I will not have my ring in time
With all the reading that I have done it seems as though their are no real parameters for a cushion cut diamond. I like the more square shape versus the long rectangular shape - so I am not sure if that would be considered the Old Mine type or if it is still considered a modern type??? I called a local gem appraiser in my area who said I can have a few diamonds shipped to him so I will not have to travel to New York etc. I am attaching a few from Good Old Gold and wanted to know which you favor - (if any) so I could narrow down to one or two. Can you please look at the attached links and let me know what you all think would be the best one or two to have shipped. I would like the best of both worlds - quality and quanity if possible) Thanks.

http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/2106/ ($21,000.00) - really did not want to spend this much on just the diamond.
I know the above ring #2106 is higher color and clarity..thus part of the reason for higher price, but is there anything add''l when comparing #5866 to #2106??
http://www.goodoldgold.com/diamond/5768/ ($12,828.00) - girdle to thick?

The site engagement rings direct has a ton of cushion diamonds from 1.60 ct - 2.15 ct to choose from??? So many rings not sure what to focus in on other then I know I want something around 1.60 - 2.15 ct, nothing lower then H color, nothing lower then VS2 clarity, no flor, cut - ideal, excellent or very good.
Any information would be greatly appreciated
