Still looking for an E ring Thinking Cushion CutwithHALOband

It's been a long time since I've posted on here and I've put this ring off for some time now. I'm now back in the market and I'm trying to get a Center stone of around 1.00-Carat with a Halo band. I've find something on Blue Nile. I'm still worried if buying one online is the way to go. The halo band from blue Nile is $2050 for platinum.

I'm still concerned on making sure I get the best bang for the buck (obviously) on the stone. Do you all think it is possible to get both the band & a GOOD diamond for around 5k? Does anyone have experience with blue Niles halo band? Do you know of a better HALO band for the price ? Does the fluorescence in a cushion cut matter? I'm obviously only doing this once so I want to get it right. I appreciate the feedback.

Hi Ryan,
You cant buy cushion cuts by the numbers. You need images to evaluate them. They come in all different looks and there
would be no telling what you got without some pictures.

I would contact ID Jewelry and see what they can do in your budget. They have some decent priced halo settings.
