Steven Kirsch owners - did you get shipment tracking info?

I spoke with him this past Friday regarding having my wedding bands ready for my wedding this coming Friday and he told me he would ship Tuesday (today) for Wednesday delivery. I was swamped trying to wrap things up at work today and forgot to call to follow up. Since I didn't get a tracking email, does that mean I'm out of luck or does he sometimes send things without email tracking? It's too late to call now so I guess I just wanted to hear from you guys.

I suggest you call him first thing tomorrow - you are really cutting it close!

Sorry, not helpful but I don't know the answer. I have picked up all my items in person .. just feel it is really important to call him and remind him it is your wedding on Friday!

Thanks for responding, Charmypoo! I will definitely call in the morning. Funny thing is, it's not so much the prospect of not having the rings before the wedding that bugs me so much as having to wait until tomorrow to find out! Patience is not my strong suit.

Assuming he uses FedEx, I *think* that FedEx provides your tracking number by e-mail, should be coming this AM.

I never did and honestly it is pretty pointless especially for overnight delievery. Most systems take 24 hour to update so if he overnighted them to you- you would get the actual item before the tracking even showed in the system.

I would just call or email him to see if he shipped them out. If they are complete then I"m sure they are in the mail. I think with my ring he said it was done on Thursday and wanted to know if he could ship out on friday or if I wanted him to hold it till Monday. I responded with my choice and the item arrived the next day. I never got any tracking info.
