Starting to get nervous!

Ok, My ring will be here in the next 7 hours and I''m thinking that I might of messed up! After all of my researching and education I bought a radiant diamond with a depth of 56.7% and I''m afraid it may be way too shallow! What should I be looking for to see if it''s ok or not? I really don''t want to have to use the return policy, but I can''t propose with a diamond that doesn''t sparkle and shine like we both want it to.

Well it would appear the depth is shallow, what I would suggest is to see if you can compare this diamond to some other radiants if a jeweller near you has any, and see what you think when you see it. It isn''t possible to judge a radiant by one number especially, check it out in as many different lights as you can when you see it to see how it behaves. But if you aren''t happy with it then send it back, radiants are tricky and sometimes it can take a while to find the right one.
